Dajé Brock is a Philadelphia-born poet, educator, and multidisciplinary artist committed to using storytelling as a tool for connection, empowerment, and impact. As a published author and award-winning spoken word performer, her work blends personal narrative with cultural critique, creating spaces where vulnerability and truth take the mic.
She holds a B.A. in English–Creative Writing from Lock Haven University and is currently earning her M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Eastern University. With a background in youth programming and classroom teaching, Dajé designs and facilitates creative writing workshops that center identity, healing, and student voice.
Her debut poetry collection, A Library of Ex-Lovers, explores themes of love, grief, and rebirth. The book has sold internationally and is praised for its honesty, lyrical depth, and emotional resonance.
In addition to her writing and teaching, Dajé is also a visual artist with original prints available for purchase. Her growing online platform allows her to connect with audiences through poetry, performance, and conversations around creative living.
Whether she’s curating an open mic, mentoring young writers, or performing on stage, Dajé’s work is rooted in the belief that art can transform, liberate, and build community.
